Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to fine tune your practice, this 4-week beginner workshop is designed to give you the tools and confidence to build a lifelong practice.

This special 4-week beginner series will give you the essential tools to feel confident and safe in your yoga practice. Each 90-minute session covers breathwork, alignment, foundational postures, injury prevention, philosophy, and tips for building a home practice.
