STUDIO INFORMATION

Studio Rules

All yogis are welcome! Whether it’s your 1st or 1,000th time to the mat. We got you, and are honored to support your yoga journey.

Seward Yoga is an un-intimidating studio. From the physical practice to just being human, be prepared for students and teachers to introduce themselves and accept you just as you are.

Can't touch your toes? We have excellent news! Nothing in the world could matter less. We're all just here to find some calm amongst the chaos.

  • Everyone is welcome! At SEWARD YOGA, we cherish our yoga community. Show love and respect by arriving on time and staying for savasana.

  • Please bring only what you need, as space is limited

  • Kindly silence your cell phones, including vibration mode

  • Doors open 15 minutes before class; we recommend arriving around 10 minutes early.

  • Latecomers, please note that due to the intimate nature of our studio, the doors are locked at the start of class and will not be reopened until after savasana...

  • Maintain good hygiene and refrain from wearing strong scents while in the studio.

  • Please refrain from interrupting the teacher during class. Our teachers are happy to answer questions after class.

Policies

Cancellation:

We get it - life happens. Please cancel your class reservation at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide class credits for cancellations made within 2 hours of the class start time.

No-Show Fee:

When a spot is booked but unused, that means that someone else may be missing their chance to practice.

Class Package holders who fail to cancel their reservation within the required 2-hour window and do not attend the class (a "no-show"), will lose the class credit associated with that booking.

Unlimited members who no-show for class will be charged a $12 for the no-show. This fee is non-refundable and will be automatically deducted from your account or billed to your payment method on file.

Waitlist:

If a class is full, you have the option to join the waitlist through our booking system. Waitlist registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

You will be notified by email or text message if you are moved from the waitlist into the class - please ensure your contact information is up-to-date in our system to receive notifications. We recommend checking your status on the waitlist regularly, especially as the class time approaches.

If you decide you no longer wish to attend a class for which you are on the waitlist, please remove yourself from the list to allow others the opportunity to attend.

Age Requirements:

Seward Yoga’s age minimum is 16 for independent attendance at adult classes, (16 & 17 year olds will need written parental/guardian consent).

Interested in bringing a child under 16? Please reach out as we will offer Youth Yoga series from time to time.

Seward Yoga is not liable for any missing or lost items.
