CACAO CEREMONY + SOUND BATH
Join Haley Wilkinson the weekend of the Spring Equinox for a journey to the heart through a ceremony of cacao and the ancient practice of sound healing. The evening is curated to help you restore balance in the physical and subtle bodies through the spirit of Cacao, gentle movement, and the harmony of healing sound. This is an invitation for you to connect with your inner self and allow a transformative shift.
The Equinox is an opportunity for a “spring cleaning” of stagnant energy that has been stored over the long, dark and cold winter months. This ceremony is designed to facilitate that awakening; to gather and draw energy inward, and then release it outwardly —a shedding of old layers, habits, and beliefs.
