This workshop will begin with Rise & Align and then shift into an introduction to Maya Introduction and foundation postures.

Greet the day with a burst of vitality and energy in this workshop. Designed to awaken your body and mind, this invigorating session combines gentle stretching, flowing sequences, and mindful breathing with a focus on alignment.
