2nd Saturday Mini-Retreat

Join us for a special Second Saturday Mini Retreat with Carlyn, designed to nurture wellness, community, and healthy movement as we embrace the changing seasons. 

This month's theme: "Letting Go" invites you to reflect on the natural shifts happening around and within us. As we move from the energy of summer into the introspective time of fall, this retreat will offer space to release what no longer serves us, reconnect with our intentions, and cultivate a sense of balance and renewal. This mini-retreat offers a sanctuary of wellness, reflection, and growth.

This retreat is centered on building a sense of belonging. You’ll be welcomed into an inclusive, supportive space where community and connection are key. The journey is complemented by nourishing practices—whether through movement, breathwork, or group discussions—designed to leave you feeling grounded, supported, and re-energized for the months ahead.

Whether you’re looking to reconnect with yourself or the community, this mini retreat is a beautiful way to honor autumn's transition with intention and care.

This is a donation-based (pay-what-you-feel) class, open to all.

In-person donations can be made with cash, while digital contributors can use Venmo or PayPal. Simply scan our QR codes at the studio before or after your class. We suggest a donation of $5 or more, but attendance is not contingent on contributions. Come as you are, connect with your fellow community, and share in the joy of wellness, where unity and accessibility are our guiding principles.
